Symptom


I know an external account exists, but I can't find it.  Why?



Resolution


There are many reasons for this, but the most common one is that your user does not have permissions to view this external account.  To check, login to Evident platform, go to Control Panel -> Users, then click "Edit" on your user.  If your user is explicitly associated with one or more sub organizations or teams, etc:

This indicates that your user does not have access to all resources within the organization.

 

If you need access to certain external accounts (or other Evident assets), please contact your Evident admin to raise your permissions.
