What Determines if the GlobalProtect Client uses AES128 or AES256 Encryption?

Resolution


The determining factor for GlobalProtect Client to use AES128 or AES256 is the operating system the client has installed.  If AES256 encryption is supported by the operating system then GlobalProtect uses AES256.
