Blocking Social Networking while Allowing Facebook

Symptom
A policy is in place which blocks social networking, but facebook.com is specifically allowed via a whitelist.
When users try to load the facebook page, it still gets denied
Environment
All PAN-OS Platforms
Cause
Facebook uses fbcdn.net as a load balancing domain and only allowing facebook.com isn't enough
Resolution
Add *.fbcdn.net to the whitelist. This will allow connections to that URL and facebook will load properly.
