Changing the Time Frame for a Report Stats Dump

Overview

The Report Stats Dump, found on the Palo Alto Networks firewall Device tab > Support , will only record the past 7 days from the current time by default.  The stats dump provides the data used for the "Application, Visibility and Risk Report" compiled by Palo Alto Networks for potential customers.  If the firewall has been idle for awhile, there could be no data displayed when the report is run.

To work around this issue, the clock can be set back to the desired "end" date/time so that the program will retrieve corresponding data.
