Could not create configuration import bundle of device groups for device

Symptom
After importing the device config to the Panorama and then doing "Export or push device config bundle" under GUI: Panorama > Setup > Operations, we see the following error.
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewall.
- Panorama.
- PAN-OS 7.1 and above.
Cause
The error when we skip the 'commit' before doing "Export or push device config bundle".
Resolution
Please follow the article to import the device config to Panorama and integrate the device in the new device group and template in Panorama.
