User Activity report shows all browsing sections empty:
Resolution
The User Activity Report has:
- Browsing Summary by Category
- Browsing Summary by Website
- Detailed Web Browsing Activity
The summary by category is pulling from the traffic summary database while the other two categories are pulled from the Brightcloud or PanDB URL filtering database.
If there is no URL filtering license, then there is no category information unless custom categories are used, so these sections would all be blank.
