L0 Member

Hello,
I just installer a 8.2 XDR agent to a linux server
"/opt/traps/bin/cytool startup enable all" returns

Process name Startup status
pmd Enabled
Failed to get unit file state for traps_spmd.service: No such file or directory
spmd Disabled
Failed to get unit file state for traps_pyxd.service: No such file or directory
pyxd Disabled

I don't know what to expect is it normal ?

I don't know if it is also normal to have only pmd process running

/opt/traps/bin/cytool runtime query
Name PID User Status Command
pmd 98236 root Running /opt/traps/bin/pmd
clad N/A N/A STOPPED N/A
dypd N/A N/A STOPPED N/A
spmd N/A N/A STOPPED N/A
lted N/A N/A STOPPED N/A
pyxd N/A N/A STOPPED N/A

regards

Hi @imhotep, thanks for reaching us using the Live Community.

Please check the Linux Compatibility Matrix and look for your Linux distro and kernel version compatibility with the agent.

If your kernel is not listed there, some services might not be able to start.

Here are the detailed installation instructions for linux, just in case you missed something.
