when i try to browse irctc and rbi webiste its got blocking from pa440 firewall. but from my aonther lan ip from ISP can access those sites.

my EC2 instance which is a paloalto firewall not loading completely. first it shows normal loading but than shows successive "process _cq did something". and does not go forward. is there anyone can help me ?
My assumption is something to do with Russia, but I just can't seem to find any documentation on supporting that. Or it's something very obvious that I'm missing.
