Different telemetry region in ha firewall

Firewall A

Previously Default  Device Telemetry region is America

After sudden commit fails due to error : 'Americas' does not match lcaas region 'in'

So i changed the telemetry to india which is present in the drop down.

Now ,

In firewall B vice versa i am receiving error : 'in' does not match lcaas region 'america'

And also there is only america region present in the drop down .

firewall A - only India region showing in telemetry

firewall B - only America region showing  in telemetry

Hello,

Could be a bug? I would reach out to support if you have not already.

Regards,

Hii akilan.r@tutelartechlabs.com.panwpartner ,

Telemetry region is related to the region where Cortex Data Lake (CDL) for your account is deployed.

Can you confirm the two FWs are in the same account?

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-1/pan-os-admin/device-telemetry/device-telemetry-overvie...

If your organization has a Cortex Data Lake license, then you can only send the data to the same region as where your Cortex Data Lake instance resides. If your organization does not have a Cortex Data Lake license, then you must install a device certificate in order to share this data. In this case, you can choose any available region, although you must conform to all applicable local laws regarding privacy and data storage.

Does your account has only one CDL associated and in which region it is?

Try to re-install device certificate for each member
