Hi guys, good day.

My question is simple: Is there a way I can offboard the devices from the AIOps for NGFW using the free version?

Some of my old devices has been removed from the environment and I need to remove it from the baseline.

If you go into the Hub and view the new version, so toggle not on view by support account, then go to the Common Services and device associations you should be able to disassociate the firewalls there by serial number at least.
