Unable to Generate BPA Report

I have generated BPA reports in the past using the On Demand BPA feature, but today I am getting this error:

Error in processing bpa result, cause :: mismatch bpa metadata file, checkid missing 340

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it an issue with the site or am I missing something?

I generate a Tech Support file, download the file, load it into AIOps but it is failing every time. I even loaded an old Tech file that worked in the past and I received the same error. This leads me to believe it is an issue with the site.

Can anyone test my theory?

I was correct in assuming the issue resided on the site. The issue corrected itself by the next day.
