Some firewalls not appearing in AIOps free

I went through the AIOps onboarding a while ago. I see my panorama and 3 firewalls onboarded, but the remaining firewalls are missing. I've verified all firewalls have Telemetry enabled and configured for Americas. I'm running PANOS 10.1.10-h2.

And you have associated each individual device? Are all of the devices onboarded to Panorama? In the system logs, are you seeing errors when sending telemetry? Do all devices have a valid Device Cert under Device > Setup > Management?

In the system logs, are you seeing errors when sending telemetry? No errors, hourly and daily telemetry uploads are successful.

Do all devices have a valid Device Cert under Device > Setup > Management? No cert info there. Under Device\Setup\Telemetry the cert information shows valid and everything indicates telemetry uploads are successful.
