How can I change tenant Data Region? So, no Data Region inside Device setup - Telemetry, but Data Region configured when I created my tenant?

You'll need to open a TAC case to get your tenant change/moved over.

One more, sorry. Is there a command to force telemetry sync with tenant or timer of 20min/60min/1day is all what I have?

Those are the intervals, prior to PAN-OS 11.0 that is collects telemetry data. It will send that data on hourly intervals. I am not aware of a way to force sync it.
