Hi All,

what are the user role requirements needed for someone to be able to use AIOps for Free?

i have an engineer who has superuser/bpa access on the tenant/csp but they are unable to see the option to run aiops for free. Yet I can.. but I am domain admin which is the only diff between the 2 of us.

Did you ever get an answer to this? We have the exact same question. I even made the other user a domain admin just to test and they still can't get in.

Hi Walt

Yes.. if I recall, as the current superuser/domain admin account you can go to the hub (https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/hub) then on the top right you can see the tenant id and on the left of it will be a drop down option for 'common services, select that then select 'identity and access' and in there you can add the user with the appropriate access..

hope it works.

cheers
