GRE Tunnel is not Coming UP

We've created eight GRE tunnels and it's working fine. But when going to create another Tunnel, the tunnel is not coming up. We've tried to changing the remote site router, but no luck.

Could you check in System log with filter: (subtype eq gre) any corresponding logs? What is the model of the router? If it is Cisco, could you turn debugs:

debug tunnel packet

debug tunnel keepalive

debug tunnel event
