#Elastic IP in AWS not reachable for paloalto external interface

Hi All,

I have deployed Paloalto single vm in AWS and established IPSEC tunnel to onpremise successfully

Then configured Global protect when tried connecting GP portal but not reachable from internet

but i can reach Paloalto GUI through management Elastic IP

From PA external interface ip to internet egress flow is reachable only issue with ingress flow

1.Verified AWS security group rule -> Allow all traffic

2.From Paloalto external interface https enabled

Can anyone help me to solve this.
