Any one knows, How to deploy a second VMseries on the same Resource group/VNET?

As mentioned in Securing Applications in Azure - Deployment Guide - Palo Alto Networks page 54

Azure has removed the option to select an existing resource group for marketplace solutions that enable multiple NICs. To deploy a VM-Series firewall into an existing resource group, use the ARM templates in the GitHub Repository or your own custom ARM template.

I assume you have deployed your firewall from the market place, right?

Unfortunately to be able deploy FW in same resource group you have to use ARM template. You can use the templates from Palo Alto official GitHub repository https://github.com/PaloAltoNetworks/azure
