I'm looking for some assistance on this issue whilst I progress a support case. Has anyone managed to get Active FTP working through a Palo VM-Series in AWS. I am getting a problem whereby the control connection outbound on port 21 is successful (you can login to the FTP servers) but the pinhole/predictive session for the ftp data connection back on port 20 is not working. I'm using EIP attached to interface in the public route table and NATing to the interface RFC1918 address.

If anyone has managed to get this working I'd love to hear from you. Please no responses about why we are using FTP and not something more secure, we know and long boring history around that.
