It is 8.0.1, and it uses an Elastic IP for Internet facing traffic. The Agent is on my laptop in Corp over a Direct Connect 10 Gb connection. The tunnel connection for the GW is on the trusted side of the FW. I know throughput from Corp to a Squid to the PA is good, 600 Mbps, so it isn't connectivity between hosts.

Doing a PoC of a Palo Alto Bundle 2 to see if we can send internet traffic through it from our main sites to replace our existing Web Proxy. While it appears that the design is working, the Agent is very slow. I have a Squid proxy setup in the same VPC and if I point my browser to it, I can get up to 600 Mbps download speeds, but using the agent I am seeing less than 10 Mbps, quite a drastic difference.

I also have issues with split tunneling not working, the local routing table is not receiving the local networks assigned under exclude.

I have a case open on this, but it is not being addressed.

Is this using PANOS 8.0? I assume you are sending all your traffic directly to internet from your GP Gateway?
