Installing cortex agent automatically through AMI

Hello .

Is there a way to create AMIs to be added to the already existing AMIs which can be deployed to the servers so that Cortex XDR agent gets installed automatically without manual intervention.

Hi @NivedaR

By AMI's are you referring to Amazon Machine Images?

If so, do the following:

Create a new base image by installing XDR, and put in a user-data script to run
"cytool reconnect force" to re-initialize a new agent ID to avoid duplicates.

See if this meets your needs.
