Is there any document regarding the steps to Deploy Cortex XDR Broker VM through VMWARE ESXI.

While these don't explicitly discuss deploying on ESXi servers, they are great resources. You can download an OVA from the XDR console by going to Settings -> Configurations -> Data Broker -> Broker VMs and clicking download. Once you have that you can find any number of 3rd party resources for deploying OVAs on ESXi.
