Cortex XDR: Key Assets & Artifacts overview is currently not updating...

The status of the findings in the incidents overview is currently no longer updated. In the quick view, I see the change, e.g. 'Benign', but the entry in the 'Key Assets & Artifacts' shows still the initial classification. This behaviour has been going on for a few days now and all entries are affected.

Normally, the change is made the following day, but this has not been the case for a few days now.

Unfortunately this sounds like a bug, and as such I suggest you open a support ticket through our support portal.

This will allow our support team to dig deeper into the issue and will also allow you to share more detailed information without exposing any sensitive data.
