Request you to kindly open a case with Palo Alto Networks support and provide the same set of logs and also the Tech support file from Cortex XDR agent to our teams to analyse and give you the root cause and fix it in case if this is an issue to ensure this is resolved.

Hello,

One of the servers got rebooted due to a memory dump. The server user checked with the Hardware OEM Dell and they have analyzed the minidump file and said that issue seems to be caused by Driver: cyvrfsfd.sys. When checked found that this file is related to Cortex XDR.

Could you please confirm what is the use of this driver and what action can be taken so that this issue does not re-occur in future?

Thanks & Regards,
Adithi D
