Endpoint not visible in console but can see in audit logs

Hi,

There were endpoints that were visible earlier in the console couple of days back but now we are not able to see them.

Also, I can see their latest entries on the agent audit logs

Can you tell me how long it's been since the Agents last checked in? Also, can you confirm is Cortex XDR should still be installed on the endpoints?

Alternatively, if this is presenting an immediate issue you always have the ability to open a support case. Our support team will be more than happy to provide you assistance on this issue as well.
