1) PANW publishes new scripts to the script library periodically, the latest one being 'test_acs'. These scripts are not publicly released to publicly available repositories. You can even write your own scripts and add them to the library and reuse them as you see fit.

2) You can describe in this forum what you're looking for in a report for the community to guide you on the feasibility and approaches towards the solution. Refer to step 11 of the documentation - the complete set of steps show how you can attach CSV results of a XQL query and have it emailed to intended recipients as an attachment.
