However, given that you've probably encountered a bug requiring a detailed investigation, I recommend creating a case with Support at &lt;A href="https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/" target="_self"&gt;https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/&lt;/A&gt;. The Support engineers will verify if or not the jobs are truly still in progress or if a bug has been encountered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know the results of the case when you have the opportunity.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Cortex XDR version upgrade on my computer is not progressing from "In progress".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When grouping and upgrading some agent has stuck on "In Progress" situation, we cannot even cancel and stop it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even rebooting the computer and then upgrading again does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise how we can solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You&lt;/P&gt;</description>
