Thank you for writing to live community!

Not sure why would you want RHEL 10 in the list as RHEL 10 itself is not released yet and will be officially released in 2025. We support compatibility and support only for OS versions after their official GA date.

Hope this helps!

Hi Team,

As per the XDR Compatibility list, RHEL 10 is not mentioned in the list. Can someone confirm if it is compatible?

Regards,

Hi Neel,

We have received a list from the client that mentioned OS as RHEL and OS version as 10.1.0.2.0, 10.1.0.1, these are not usual servers but appliances (Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Communication Manager, etc) hence we wanted to check whether XDR would be compatible on them or not.

Hey @Shahwaz_Md ,

Thank you for responding. Per my understanding, you must be referring to the UC module version which is used by Avaya Communication manager which has the latest version on 10.1(GA in 2023) as per Avaya webpages. If this is a custom OS for RHEL, we do not support installation on these as we support native OS distro only. Also, the RHEL 10 is not even released yet so we do not support it as of now.

Hope this clarifies your query.
