EU GDPR and UK GDPR?

Hello experts,

We have a branch in EU and UK

For easier management , just want to have single tenant for both.

Is it possible?

Under GDPR scheme, should I host one tenant for both UK and EU. is it possible?

Which one should I choose??

Thank you for reaching out to Live Community. Unfortunately this is a question only your organization can answer.

Is it possible to manage both branches under one tenant? Of course. But when it comes to regulatory and/or compliance related questions that is something you need to decide internally based on regulatory requirements and your own policies.

I'm not familiar with the legal and regulations.

Now, UK is not part of EU.

Just wondering if I create the tenant in UK with agents located in other EU, can it be compliance?
