Do you know where can i see the percentaje uptime of CortexXDR service?

I know about this link: Palo Alto Networks Cloud Services Status but it did not help me.

There are third-party tools that could be used to gather this data for you. A quick Google search yielded the following for HTTPS monitoring:

monitis.com
uptimerobot.com
solarwinds.com

If you are looking for something that is self-contained within the product, this would be a feature request which should be registered with your Account team at Palo Alto Networks.
