Dear all,

I'm planning to deploy Cortex XDR on my DC, but I don't see the integrated options for MS Teams.

Could I know whether or not I can send alerts from Cortex XDR via MS Teams?

Hello @PhamTuong ,

Notification forwarding can be done via Email, Slack and Syslog server. Not with MS Teams.

https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Cortex-XDR-Pro-Administrator-Guide/Configure-Notification-Forwarding

If you feel this has answered your query, please let us know by clicking on "mark this as a Solution". Thank you.

Hi @PhamTuong, as my coworker mentioned, one of the supported notification channels is Email notifications. As far as I know, in MS Teams you can configure an email address on a channel, and you could be able to send the notifications to that channel using the email notification. The default Cortex email notification comes with a header and some format in the email body, you should test how it is presented on a Teams Channel.
