XDR Agent 8.5.0.2457 on macos 14.5

Hi community,

After my laptop upgrade to the last version of xdr agent i get the following:

Randomly the system looks as if it's loading and after a few seconds it's back to normal. the machine doesn't crash but the mouse keeps showing the hourglass (as if it's doing something) and the prompt is no longer active.

anyone with this issue ?

hi, yes i already open a case because when i stop all xdr services the issue doesn't happen.

Was this ever fixed? we have macos computers that have crashed after getting 8.5 specifically apple silicon chips.

Hi, when I did rollback to 8.4.1 the issue was fixed. When I did upgrade osx to 14.6.1 i uninstall the cortex xdr agent and install again 8.5.0 and its fine now.
