Hi Team,

I'm trying to activate palo alto xdr tenant and unfortunately asking for Tenant Sub-domain. Any advice?

I'm unable to proceed without adding the subdomain. Please advice.

That is a custom name you can configure as you want to identify the tenant. Please look at the instructions you received with the welcome email from the CS team, and if you have any questions I'll recommend you to contact your Palo account team.

Thank you for your assistance on providing guidelines but unfortunately, still having issue on the tenant subdomain.despite adding povtenant.xdr.....still not able to activate...found it strange
