Change Management Server for offline agents

Dear XDR gurus,

We want to change the management server from an old tenant to a new tenant, it is simple for the agents are online by selecting the agent, Alt+Right click and select change management server.

However, it is possible a way to change management server for the offline agents?

Any ideas?

Hi @SeanDeHarris, thanks for reaching us using the Live Community.

There is no option to reconnect the agent from the console, you need to locally access the agents and there you have two options:

- Use the cytool commands to reconnect the agent, if the distribution package id is still present in the console. Then if the status is "connected" again you can migrate them.

- Uninstall the agent and install the new one from the new tenant. It will require the uninstall password or the uninstall tool from the TAC Support if you don't have it.
