Hello,

Regarding BrokerVM FQDN configuration the docs & BrokerVM configuration page states:
"The Broker VM FQDN settings affect the WEC and Agent Installer and Content Caching."

How does it exactly impact the Agent Installer?

Thanks for your query on LC!

The channel between the agent and the broker is encrypted with the TLS certificate that involves the BrokerVM sharing data between WEC/Agent/server using the TLS certificate. The certificate has to be signed, which requires a FQDN. So if any changes in setting will affect the communication.
