As per the client requirement, Could you please let us know about the frequency of the Broker VM to connect with the Palo Alto Cloud?

Thanks for writing to LC!

Broker VM connection to the PA cloud is persistent and there is no defined frequency as such unlike XDR agent connection frequency to the cloud which happens every 5mins through heartbeat.
Unless Broker infra or host itself is down, you should be able to see Broker active persistent connection to cloud considering the different communications from multiple agents going through it at a given time.
