dear, I have two directories in the cie, but in the cortex in the preset function it only brings the old one, not the newer one. How can I do it in Cortex so that it only brings information from the new directory?

Thanks for writing to LC!

I suspect the issue could be with current configuration settings- please refer to this article step3- To change Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) Instance and select new CIE directory instance and save.

If still issue persists, I suggest raising a TAC case for detailed troubleshooting.
