Hi,

I completely agree — this situation has become unsustainable. The lack of ARM support after nearly three years of requests is unacceptable, especially considering the growing adoption of ARM-based devices across enterprises.

Other major XDR vendors like MS Defender and SentinelOne have already addressed this gap. It's hard to understand why Palo Alto, a leading cybersecurity company, is still lagging behind on such a critical matter.

This isn't just a technical inconvenience — it's a real risk. We also have high-profile users, including executives, with unprotected systems simply because their new ARM-based machines aren't supported. And yet, the licenses are still being paid.

We urgently need clarity and a concrete timeline. This is long overdue.

We have a lot of devices with ARM architecture and would like to start testing as soon as it's publicly available.

Any update on the timeline for general availability would be appreciated!

Hi,

This is completly insane. ARM support is asked since almos 3 years now ! I saw the first topic request about that on 2022 !!

A lot of computers are now in ARM architecture, many other XDR solutions are already compatible ARM such as Sophos, TrendMicro.

What is wrong with palo alto ? Do you really take this topic in consideration ?

I have a lot of CEO customer computers without an antivirus that they pay because they brand new computer are still not compatible !

I'm sorry but that's really a shame.

Hello,

I would like to show my interest on this topic too. We haven't received any updates in a while.

Furthermore, our TAM says that it is too late (?) to join the private beta to test this agent.

Could you please update us on this issue?

Regards.

Customers getting the Beta are also receiving a full list of disclosures and I am not sure the Beta offers the same level of protection as to X86 systems. A commited timeline is what the customer (your customers) need
