Unable to Uninstall Cortex XDR Agent Due to Expired License and Missing Password

Hi HFC-Parker ,

Sad to hear that you are not using XDR anymore.

Please contact support and/or your sales representative for instructions on how to uninstall Cortex XDR agent.

You can use the agent cleaner which will make you reboot several times for a complete agent clean. They will give you the instructions on how you can clean the agents. This can be handy for a small amount of agents. For larger amount it is better to use the tenant.

As said above, please contact your sales/support representatives to remove the XDR agents after your licenses have expired

1) 跟當地代理商聯絡, 他們可以提供 uninstaller 給你

2) 如果沒有uninstall password, 要在safe mode下執行 uninstaller
