Hi,

I have a problem after installing the XDR Cortex agent.

Windows 10,11. When trying to copy any file to the network share (Synology), which was created on the workstation after the agent installation, I receive the message "The destination already has a file..." For some reason, the system sees a file with the same name in the folder with a size of 0KB. After uninstalling the agent, the problem remains. After restoring the system from a restore point before the agent installation, everything is fine.

Hi L.Filipow,

I assume that the OSs and builds/kernels you are installing the agents on are tested and fully compatible with the versions of XDR agents you are using.

Please check the following doc, Compatibility Matrix:
https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Cortex-XDR-Compatibility-Matrix/Windows

If the Agent versions are certified to be tested on the former table, please open a TAC support ticket since this might be some kind of bug.

If you feel this has answered your query, please let us know by clicking like and on "mark this as a Solution". Thank you.
