&lt;P&gt;Since this is a school-owned and managed device, the security software is controlled by the IT department. You do not have the permissions to disable or bypass Cortex XDR. Attempting to do so could violate your school's usage policy and potentially lead to disciplinary action or further issues with the laptop.&amp;nbsp; Please contact them directly, explain the situation, and request that they lift the restriction so you can continue using the laptop for schoolwork.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Endpoint is isolated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically I have a laptop loan from a school for the fall term, I downloaded a game which was counter strike source which I owned to keep me busy during breaks. Cortex basically told me it was a “Virus” and then ended my internet connection, Now I can’t use the laptop for schoolwork. How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
