    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe look at the Settings in the Agent Profile? There is a "&lt;SPAN class="frame-title"&gt;Backup Management&lt;/SPAN&gt;" Part where Shadow Copies can be Enabled. We don't use these, so i can't give you any more tips about that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise look at your Windows System Logs, maybe there are some Warning or Error Logs, especially when the Service will be terminated after your manually start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The VSS service on the endpoint is configured with a startup type set to Automatic. VSS operates normally until the Cortex XDR agent is installed. However, after the agent is installed for the first time, VSS fails to stay active despite its automatic startup setting. When manually started, the service repeatedly disables and re-enables itself. This issue persists even after the agent is deactivated and uninstalled. Notably, this problem did not occur prior to the agent’s installation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
