Greetings everyone.

I'm having a problem with Cortex XDR. Low-level security events aren't appearing on the dashboard; only medium, high, and critical ones do.

I'd like all alerts to appear on the dashboard. I only see low-level alerts when I go to the /alerts directory and receive them via email.

Hi @J.Lopes279044

If you go to the OOB dashboard Incident Management, on the first graphic you will see low leven incidents. There you will see low if they exist in your tenant. If you click there you will go to low severity incidents with the low severity alerts inside.

Another way to see low alerts/incidents:

Go to widget library and select the Top Open Incidents which will show you the top open incidents by alert severity
