Does anyone know how to upgrade the Cortex tenant from 3.x to 4.x, do I have to talk to Palo Alto or it can be upgraded by myself?

It would directly be updating by Cortex team itself, no need for manual intervention as this is SAAS Product

Hi everyone, you can proceed with the migration. The automatic migration is scheduled for February 2026, but if you prefer, you can migrate earlier.

I’ve already done it in my company. There were a few bugs related to playbooks and optimizations, but nothing critical.
