Good day

please is there a way to pass headers during the cortex-jira integration.

we get this error that this header is required, but there is no option to pass headers. any fix or solutions to that is welcomed. thanks

The error you are encountering (HTTP 400 - SCS-Version header is missing) is not a standard documented error for the Cortex-Jira integration and likely indicates that the API request is being intercepted by a custom middleware, a specific corporate proxy, or a specialized Atlassian gateway requirement (such as a Secure Control Surface) that is not currently supported by the out-of-the-box integration content.

Recommended Fix Path:

Identify the Source: Confirm with the network/Jira team if they have a proxy or an Atlassian "Secure Control Surface" (SCS) implementation requiring this header.
