Thanks for the quick reply. To clarify our situation: we don't currently have a Cortex XDR license or production tenant of our own. We're looking to test the integration on our side before we roll it out to those customers.

We're working on integrating Cortex XDR login with our system and would like to test the access management/SSO integration before rolling it out further.

Could you let us know:

Whether a trial version of Cortex XDR is available that we could use for integration testing, and

If not, what alternative options exist for testing the access management integration (e.g., a sandbox/demo tenant, etc.)?

Happy to share more details about our integration approach if that's helpful.

Thanks,

Hello @antons ,

Greetings for the day.

While there is no specific "trial version" of Cortex XDR dedicated solely to integration testing mentioned in public documentation, there are several standard methods and alternative environments provided by Palo Alto Networks for testing Access Management and SSO integrations.

If you have an existing license, you may be eligible to activate a Development Tenant. This is a separate environment from your production tenant intended specifically for testing configurations and integrations.

-Once a production tenant is active, you can hover over the tenant in the Cortex Gateway, click the ellipsis, and select Activate Dev Tenant.
Note: -Activation of a development tenant is subject to your specific license plan.

If you feel this has answered your query, please let us know by clicking like and on "mark this as a Solution".

Thanks & Regards,
S. Subashkar Sekar
