Check whether both firewalls are registered to the same CIE tenant and configured to retrieve the same Entra ID group information. The firewall that authenticates the user should not be the only source of identity data.

Hi All,

Current I had 2 pair firewall sit at different location and integrated with CIE.

GP always on to DC-1 without any issue by using Entra ID grouping , since authenticated at DC-1 so DC-2 doesnt contain any user ip mapping information, so the security policies with groupping don work.

What I tried

1. Data redistribution

- It work with user ip mapping, but user groupping information store at data plane and Data Redistribution only redistribute mgmt plane information which doesnt contain any group information, FW doesnt smart enough to match the username with CIE to retrieve details

2. Cloud Dynamic Group
- User doesnt want to manage anything, so just require follow the Entra Grouping.

Any idea what feature to explore that once user authenticated at DC-1, all the group and ip mapping infor sync to DC-2
