It’s a new month so you know what that means… time for our monthly rewind! Let’s take a look back at April and see all of the exciting announcements and initiatives shared on the LIVEcommunity.

It's Here - The Enhanced LIVEcommunity Experience

The enhanced LIVEcommunity experience is here!

During the month of April we let you all know that some changes were coming to LIVEcommunity and even shared a sneak peek. Well the wait is over… If you haven’t already noticed, the enhanced LIVEcommunity experience is now live! A simplified user interface has been designed to help you seamlessly find the answers you’re looking for, guide you through the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem, and create more opportunities to participate and engage with peers.

Some of the new enhancements include a redesigned homepage, new events area, and more! Take a tour of this enhanced experience here and be sure to let us know what you think!

New Events Area

Now more than ever, digital events have become one of the main ways that we all make connections with one another—which is why we are pleased to share LIVECommunity’s new Digital Events. Hosting a digital space for interacting, learning, and, most importantly, connecting with one another is a valuable resource to our users, and these events give them an opportunity to meet with experts and thought leaders across the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem.

LIVECommunity held its first-ever Ask Me Anything (AMA) Event on April 8. This initial event is part of a new, live Q&A series that invites users to connect with experts and other community members to help them find the right answers to their questions.

We also hosted our first interactive event to help customers better understand the Best Practice Assessment (BPA) tool; you can watch a recording of the webinar here.

Tomorrow, LIVECommunity is hosting its second Ask Me Anything on Cortex Customer Success and XDR Alert Tuning. Anyone interested can submit a question ahead of time or tune in from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, May 4.

Now Introducing: Our First Customer-Facing Micro-Credentials!

Palo Alto Networks: Micro-Credentials

In case you missed it, Palo Alto Networks Education Services announced their first customer-facing micro-credentials! The PMRuA (Palo Alto Networks Micro-Credential Remote user Administrator) and the PMRnA (Palo Alto Networks Micro-Credential Remote network Administrator). These new micro-credentials are based on the technical administration of SASE technology and are free to access! They allow you to adapt to the changes in technology quickly and accurately with their shortened length and specialized topics!
