Hi,

I am trying to read the mailbox that we created on Exchange. Other than IMAP is there any other option we have in XSOAR to read mails?

You can setup connectivity via IMAP and POP(MailListener POP 3 Beta) to the Exchange mailbox.

You can also use the following integrations - O365 - EWS - Extension, Mail Listener, EWS v2 and EWS O365 if they match your Exchange version.
