&lt;P&gt;In that case I'd suggest you check out Feed-triggered Jobs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/cortex/cortex-xsoar/6-6/cortex-xsoar-admin/manage-indicators/understand-indicators/create-a-feed-based-job" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/cortex/cortex-xsoar/6-6/cortex-xsoar-admin/manage-indicators/understand-indicators/create-a-feed-based-job&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with a query like "verdict:Malicious OR verdict:Suspicious".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your playbook for the job could upload them to your ticketing system when it finds new indicators.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternately if your ticketing system supports pulling data in (and can access your XSOAR server), something like the TAXII server or Generic Indicator Export integrations would likely be more useful.&lt;/P&gt;
