&lt;P&gt;I don't think this is possible. You can NOT trigger field change scripts based on the DBot Modified field.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. You can probably have a scheduled command that runs every few min to check if a new note has been added to the incident.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. You can change the way the note is added to investigation. Choosing a Data Collection task would allow you accept the input and still continue other automated steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. You can also choose the Completion notes section while completing manual tasks.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any thoughts on how you would monitor a chat/note that's added to an incident.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ultimately, i need to create a trigger script for some automation to occur once that new chat/note is added.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
